Operational procedure Flashcards
Estabilishment of Procedure
The opr is required to estabilish and define procedure for all fround and flight operations relation to the dury of ground and crew memeber to each type of a/p used in the operation
ATC
whenever is available an ATC service is to be requested and ATC instruction complied with.
authorisation of aerodromes
onlu authorized areodromes can be used as destination or alternate destination
T/O alternate
The Operational flight plan(OFP) will specify a take of alternate to be used in event it would not possible to return to departure aredrome
T/O alternate panning minima for IFR
to be selected as T/O alternate an aredromes need that the weather forecast must indicate before/after 1h at ETA @ the alternatemet the condition will be at or above aredrome operating minima.
2 engine areoplane
T/O alternate 1 hour with one engine inoperative cruise speed or max 2 hours in ETOPS
3 or more engine
2 hour at the one engine inoperative cruise speed
destination except for isolated destination aredromes
be select a destination the weather must be 1 h< eta <1 hr condition will be at or above
RVR must be as required for areodrome operating minima
NPA or circling the celing must be above MDH
or
2 destination alternate need to be selected
destination alternate minima
type planning minima
catII/III cat I RVR
cat I nprecision RVR and celing aboveMDH
NPA np RVR and celeing abobe MDH + 200 ft and 1000 m
circling Circling(Vis/RVR/MDH(VM(C))
destionation alternates
the selected destination alternate are to be detailed in the OFP
at least one need to be selected unless
flight duration <=6h - 2 separate runways - 1
planning minima ETOPS en route alternate
ETOPS en route alternate when the appropriate weather report and forecast btn the anticpate time of ldg and 1 h after the latest possible ldg time
alternate ceiling WEATHER Minima Visbility
PA DH/DA +200’ Auth visbility + 800m
NPA MDH/MDA + 400’ Auth visibility + 1500m
ETOPS En route alternate
shall be consider adequate if the areodrome is available and equipped with necessary ancilalry services and at least one intrument approch procedure available
prior ETOPS flight be sure that the alternate is available
opr shall specify any required en route alternate aeredrome in the OPS and ATS flight plan
Aereodrome Operating Minima AOM
for all aredrome the opr shall defien the AOM.
T/o the minimum RVR
intrument approach the DA/H or MDA/H and the minimum applicable visbility or RVR
non precision approach cloud consider
Noise abatement Procedure
Noise abatement us a major consideration of all intrument departure and arrival, the responsability is witht he operator, the critical factor is the actual T/o mass of a/p
RVSM Reduce Vertical Separation Minima
flight between FL290 to FL410, the operator need to be approved by the authority and noted in the AOC.crew must be trained, equipment
tcas(transponder)
2 separate altimetry with a difference of 200’
altitude warning
altitude hold
MNPS > High level airspace
are area where special navigational requirment exist(ex North Atlantic).
Authority need to approved in the AOC for the operators, they must ensure the contigency procedure specified by the Auth are included in OM
route and areas of operations
ground facilities and and services are provided and are adequate for the operation
perfo of a/p is compliance with the minimum flight altitude require
the equipment meet nte minimum require
apropriate maps and chart
with 2 engine an appropriare aredromes for diversion is available
is 1 engine areoplane are used sfc are available to permit a safe force landing
MAX distance for non ETOPS
perfo class A
20 + pax
MTOM 45360 +
60 minutes
perfo class A
-20 pax
less 45360 MTOM
120 minutes or if approved by auth 180 for jet
perfo class b/c 120 minutes or 300 NM which is less
opr shall determine a speed for the max distance without exceed Vmo with 1 engine inoperative
Estabilish minim flight altitude
opr need to estabilish a MFA foer all the route with terrain clerance, the calculation method need to be approved by authority and if altitude fo the state is higher than the opr, the higher is need to be taken.
opr need to be take in account position accurancy of a/p inaccurancies in the ops altimetry characteristic of underline terrain adverse weather inaccurancies areounatical chart

check flight planning
SCP
Person with Reduced Mobility and Inadbmissible pax
PRMS
are people that mobility is restricted for sensory, locomotory, incapacity, intellecual deficency age and ailnees. They can not seat where thei presence: impede teh crew dury emergency equipment emergency evacuation
the commander need to be notify when PMRs are on board
Carriage of special people
Inadmissible Pax passenger that they don’t have the right to access in the destination state
Deportee juridical deportation or expell
persony in custody
commander need to be notify
flight preparation
areoplane is airworthy
not operate contrary to the prevision Configuration Deviation List
intrument and equip require are avialable
the OM and document require are available
current map and chart
ground and facility are available
OM requirment for fuel oil and o2
load is properly distrubuted and secured
mass of areoplane
any additional limitation
ATS flight plan
the Opr need to be sure that thre ATS flight plan is submitted to the ATS auth
Refuelling and Defuelling
is not permitted with avgas or wide cut fuels when pax are on board embarking or disembarking
Crew memeber at duty station
flight crew need to be in their station at t/o and landing. At least one qualify pilot need to be at the controlls all the time
all the cabin crew need to be seated during critical phase
safety belts
cm are seated with belt t/o ldg and when the commander nned
pax the same
smoking
whenerver is necessary a/p on the ground outside desgniated area in cargo area cabin area
ice and contamination
the surface of the wing need to be clear form any contamination
use of supply oxygen
use of supplement oxygen if cabin altitude exceed 10000’ for 30 minutes or whenever the cabin altitude exceed 130000

pilot need to take corrective action to estabilish a safe condition flight
accident and report
a commander shall notify the operator any accidenr or serious incident
opr should report to the correct authority the accident or serious incident
commander should report to the authority in 72 hours
