It is an areodrome which an aircraft can land should this become neccessary after T/O and condition are such that is not possible to use the departure areodrome
En route Alternate
would be able to land after experiencing an abnormal or emergnecy condition in route. It can depends the type of airplanes and the area which the operations is take place
ETOPS
suittable and appropriate areodrome where an airplane will be able to land after experiecing aan engine shutdown ot other emegency during ETOPS operation.( an areoplane in ETOPS need alway to flight in a range area)
Destination alternate
is an areodrome where an a/c may proceed, shoyuld it become impossible to land in the aiport destination.
Flight Time
total time from a/c first moves with t/o purpose until the moment it come to rest at the enf of the flight.
Call also “block to block” or “chock to chock”
Maintenance release
Basic details of the maintenance carried out including detaled ref to the approved data used
the date the maintence is complete
the identity of the approved maintenece organization
the identy of the person that sign the release
Flight safety
operator need to estabilish a SMS(Safety Managment System) throught the operation. The required safety level is fix by the State.
the programme must:
- identify safety hazard
- ensure that the remedial action is implemented to mantain the standard
- provide continous monitoring and assestamernt of the level achieve
-make continous improvment of the overall safety
Navigation Light
Starboard side > green 110°
Tail light > white 140°
Port side > red 110 °
