Airport must have at least one straight-in Non-Precision app proc,, or a straight-in Precision app proc., or a circling maneuver from an approach procedure and the field cannot be listed Alternate N/A. (Op Spec H-105 requirement)

NOTE: 135.221 still allows use of an airport without these facilities provided descent from MDA under VFR can be accomplished. (Op Spec H105)

In order for you to file an IFR flight plan selecting a given airport as your alternate, what must the minimum ceiling and visibility be at the airport of choice?
