1. Self-care: nails trimmed short and filed down, Maintain good foot hygiene etc
2. Topical: amorolfine 5% nail lacquer
   if above unsuccessful then
3. Oral Terbinafine for dermatophyte nail 6/52 for fingernails, 12-24/52 for toenails
4. Oral Itraconazole for Candida/non dermatophyte
