Answer 1

• Thermal burn covering 15% of TBSA
• Deep Dermal burn covering 5% of TBSA
• Burns to face, hands, feet, genitalia, or perineum, or any flexural surface, such as the neck, axilla, elbow, or knee
• Chemical and Electrical burns

Superficial burn MX

Answer 2

• Saline 0.9 wash
• Chlorhexadine wash
• Fine Mesh gauze OR non adherent dressing
• Leave blisters intact where possible
