one criticism of judicial inquiries (4) Flashcards
1
Q
Explain one criticism of judicial inquiries (1)
A
- One criticism of judicial inquiries is that only the government can only get recommendations from these inquiries, this is a disadvantage as implementations can only be made by the government and therefore,
- they can pick and choose which recommendations they take on board, this can result in the inquiry taking longer and becoming more expensive as the government has control over which recommendations go through.
