• Early; within 8 weeks of rx; tired, N + V + D, dysphagia, UTI, thrush . depends on which part of body is targetted
• late; months to years after rx; Somnolence, myelopathy, brachial plexopathy. Pneumonitis, Xerostomia, fistula, radiation proctitis. Infertility, erectile dysfunction, increased urinary frequence, bladder fibrosis
