RESERVES intact +
15mins holding fuel at 1500’
IF
- 2 Separate RWYS available and usable at destination AND…
- Weather ∓ 1hr ceiling is higher of 2000’ or circling height +500’ AND…
- Vis at least 5km

WITHIN 2hrs
