The flight service has been categorized in three (3) levels as follows:
 Level 1: Service continues with caution, while monitoring severity
 Level 2: Service continues with caution, Hot drinks are removed and trolleys
secured
 Level 3: Service is ceased, flight and galley secured and cabin crew seated.

Turbulence vs Category Service Level
Light - Level 1 or 2
Moderate or Severe - Level 3
