The second pilot acknowledges immediately by saying,

The first pilot again says,
“You have the flight controls,” and visually confirms the exchange
Spin recovery
- Power - idle
- Ailerons - neutral
- Rudder - apply fully in the opposite direction of the spin and hold until rotation stops
- Elevator - push the yoke forward enough to break the stall
- Once rotation stops, neutralize the rudder and make a smooth recovery from the resulting dive with yoke back pressure
