Clinical Criteria
Vascular thrombosis (non provoked)
OR
OB indication:
1+ morphologically normal fetus SAB > 10 weeks
3+ consecutive SAB before 10 weeks with normal anatomy and paternal/maternal chromosomes excluded
PTD < 34 weeks due to placenta insufficiency
*15% of women with pre-eclampsia will test + for APLS
