Offensive weapon in a public place
Any person who without lawful authority or reasonable excuse has with him in any public place any offensive weapon shall be guilty of an offence
Section 1 Offensive Weapons act 2019
A person commits an offence if they sell a corrosive product to a person who is under the age of 18
Section 6 Offensive weapons act 2019
A person commits an offence if they have a corrosive substance with them in a public place
Section 139 Criminal Justice act 1988
Bladed or sharply pointed article
It is an offence for a person to have with him any article which has a blade or is sharply pointed except a folding pocket knife in a public place without good reason or lawful authority
Section 139 A (1) Criminal Justice Act 1988
Any person who has an article which has a blade or is sharply pointed with them on school premises without good reason or lawful authority commits an offence
Section 139 A (2) Criminal Justice act 1988
Any person who has an offensive weapon with them on school premises commits and offence
