Section 20 offences against the persons act 1861
Grievous body harm
Whoever shall unlawfully and maliciously wound or inflict any grievous bodily harm upon any other persons either with or without any weapon or instrument shall be guilty of an offence

Grievous bodily harm with intent
Whoever shall unlawfully and maliciously by any means whatsoever wound or cause grievous bodily harm to any person or with intent to resist or prevent the lawful apprehension or detainer of any person shall be guilty of an offence

Threats to kill
A persons who without lawful excuse make to another a threat intending that the other would fear it would be carried out to kill that other or a third person shall be guilty of an offence

Assault with intent to resist arrest
Whosever shall assault any person with intent to resist or prevent the lawful apprehension or detainer of himself or any other person for any offence shall be guilty of an offence
