Disorderly conduct in the 2nd degree
with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly creating a risk thereof, the person:
(a) Engages in fighting or in violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior;
(b) Makes unreasonable noise;
(c) Disturbs any lawful assembly of persons without lawful authority;
(d) Obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic on a public way;
(e) Initiates or circulates a report, knowing it to be false, concerning an alleged or impending fire, explosion, crime, catastrophe or other emergency;
(f) Creates a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act which the person is not licensed or privileged to do.
Class B misdemeanor.
Disorderly conduct in the 1st degree
with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or knowingly creating a risk thereof, the person initiates or circulates a report, knowing it to be false:
(a) Concerning an alleged hazardous substance or an alleged or impending fire, explosion, catastrophe or other emergency; and
(b) Stating that the hazardous substance, fire, explosion, catastrophe or other emergency is located in or upon a school as defined in ORS 339.315 (Report required if person has unlawful firearm or destructive device).
Class A misdemeanor.
Harassment
Harasses or annoys another person by
Subjecting such other person to offensive physical contact;
(B) Publicly insulting such other person by abusive words or gestures in a manner intended and likely to provoke a violent response.
Class B misdemeanor.
Can also be a class A misdemeanor for sexual harassment.
Aggravated harassment
(a) Staff member, knowingly propels saliva, blood, urine, semen, feces or other dangerous substance at the staff member while the staff member is acting in the course of official duty or as a result of the staff members official duties;
Spits on a police officer on duty.
Class C felony
Unlawful use of a weapon
Carrying a dangerous or deadly weapon with intent to use it unlawfully against another or actually attempting to use it unlawfully against another,
or
Intentionally discharging a firearm, crossbow, bow and arrow, blow gun, or explosive device within the city limits.
Class C felony and carries a potential sentence of up to 5 years in prison and fines reaching $125,000.
Carry concealed weapon

Unlawful possession of a firearm.
Carrying a firearm concealed on your person,
Possessing a concealed handgun in a vehicle that is immediately accessible,
Possessing a firearm and being under the age of 18,
Possessing a firearm and having a felony conviction on your record.
Class A misdemeanor. Class A misdemeanors are punishable by up to one year in jail and fines up to $6250.
