  • Make sure small L in bottom right corner
  • Begin on upper right quadrant, work across upper arch
  • Look at lower right quadrant, work across lower arch

A

Clinical notes must include:

  • Justification for taking radiograph
  • Quality assess the radiograph
  • Findings of radiograph

Includes teeth erupted, unerupted and developing cryps evident.

How do you quality assess a radiograph?

A

Given a QA score.

  • Grade 1 = excellent
  • Grade 2 = some issues but still clinically useful
  • Grade 3 = needs to be retaken

A
