Excessive arguing with adults. Active defiance and refusal to comply with adult requests and rules. Deliberate attempts to annoy or upset people. Blaming others for his or her mistakes or misbehavior.

A

All children are oppositonal at times. Problem bx is common when kids are tired, hungry, stressed or upset. Arguing, talking back, disobeying, and defying parents, teachers, and other adults is common. Oppositional behavior is often a normal part of development.

Limited prosocial emotions - at least 2 of the following persistently over the past 12 months by report of others who have known the individual for extended periods of time:
- Lack of remorse or guilt
- Callous-lack of empathy
- Unconcerned about performance
- Shallow or deficient affect
- not having to develop emotions. “I don’t seem to feel emotions like everyone else does.”

    • Example: they look at a situation and they know what to do to get exactly what they wanted.

    • not having the ability to see from other’s people’s POV

    • you can see through the personality the person is trying to present, they are faking it. they can be easily caught in their lies when they try to create their persona.
  • Low frustration tolerance

    • in a rship only for a period of time until it no longer serves you. do not have long-term rship or friendships.
  • Parasitic lifestyle
  • Persistent violation of social norms
    • they don’t know the golden rule.
