Irregular, displaced pupil, hyphema (blood in anterior chamber of eye)

Dull aching pain, photophobia, tearing w/in 3 days of trauma

Pain, diploplia with vertical eye mov’t, eyelid swelling, crepitus, V2 parathesia

-Infx of paranasal sinuses (s. pneumo, H. flu)
