- Dendritic ulcer. Decreased corneal sensation and increased corneal opacity with subsequent recurrences.

- Topical antivirals and steroids

- Seen after injury and in contact wearers
- Culture
- Natamycin. Systemic imidazoles. Corneal grafting often required.

- Acyclovir, topical steroids
