- as per the report Indians do not like to be an paid volunteer for trainees or to take part in community organisation. Only 2.4 % of the respondents of the survey volunteer for such work.
- participation in socialization chatting conversing and community participation in gatherings and religious participation is 91.3 percent and people spend about 143 minutes each day on an average doing so.
- participation in culture, mass media, sports, practices, reading, watching television etc is 86.9% spending an average of 165 minutes a day on average.
