Treatment
Therapy can have impact on brain function (Barsaglini, 2014)
CBT (combined with SSRI)
Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors
OCD
Obsessions - thoughts- intrusive, persistent, interfering
Compulsions - behaviours - rituals done in response to obsessions (designed to reduce anxiety caused by obsessions)
