Class A- $2million or more in property damage, injury or illness that results in fatality or permanent disability
Class B- $500k-$2mil in property damage, injury or illness that results in permanent partial disability, or hospitalization of 3+ personnel
Class C- $50k-$500k in property damage, non fatal injury/ illness that results in loss of time from work
