Small Building and tenant spaces (IBC 2018 303.1.1) rule
* A building or tenant space used for assembly purposes with an occupant load of less than 50 persons shall be classified as a Group B occupancy.
Small Assembly Spaces (IBC 2018 303.1.2) rule
* This is different than scenario #1 in that it applies to a room or space (not a building or tenant space). To apply this rule, the small assembly room or space must be accessory to another occupancy

* a room or less than 50 persons or
* a room less than 750 SF
