What is Observational Learning (modelling, imitation)?
We learn by observing the behavior of others and the consequences of their behavior, usually those in positions of authority or those we admire and respect.
What is Model?
A person serving as an example (in psychology, modelserving as an example of a behavior).
When does observational learning occur?
It occurs by watching and imitating behaviors / actions of another person (model) or by noticing the consequences of another person`s (model) behaviors / actions.
