What are the cervical screening guidelines for <21, 21-29, 30-65, >65?
Under 21: dont do 21-29: 3 years *21-24: ASCUS, HPV+ then ctology at 12 months. Colposcopy only if high grade.* 30-65: 5 year pap+HPV (or pap every 3) 65+: Stop if negative thus far
If you see anything abnormal on a cervical exam, what do you do?
Biopsy/Cut it out!
