What is Transformational Change?
large-scale change involving radical, frame-breaking and fundamentally new ways of thinking, solving problems, and doing business.
What are Triggers of Change?
disorganizing pressures indicating that current systems, procedures, rules, organization structures, and processes are no longer effective
What are the two categories of triggers?
Internal and External
What are internal triggers?
Triggers within a company which prompts change. E.g new leadership and innovation
What are external triggers?
Change in customer requirements and expectaions

What is readiness for change?
a predisposition to welcome and embrace change
What is resistance to change?
an unwillingness or inability to accept or to discuss changes that are perceived to be damaging or threatening to the individual
