THOSE T - teen age 12-17 H - hypoglycemic clients O - oral diabetic clients S - seniors age 65+ E - exercise 6+ hours per week
Who can use Plan 4?
BLICKS CCC B - breastfeeding moms L - large dose of mood altering drugs I - insulin drugs C - cardiac clients K - kidney clients S - surgery 2 weeks prior C - clients weighing 300+ lbs C - clients needing to lose 100+ lbs C - children 8-11 NO HERBS
Who can use Plan 5?
Only clients who are truly vegetarians can follow this plan. The criteria for 1-4 apply. The client will substitute vegetarian proteins for the meat & dairy of a regular plan.
