Nutrient

Chemical process by which your body breaks down food to release this energy
Aerobic Exercise
WITH the presence of oxygen. Can continue without immediate fatigue
Anaerobic Exercise
Lack of oxygen and produces waste. High intensity interval training

Sustained muscle contractions. Less than 90 seconds

Amount of force to an applied resistance. 0-15 seconds

Ability to extend or flex at a joint. Improves posture and prevent injuries.
Body Composition
Percentage of bone, fat, muscle, and water in your body. Muscle and bone are denser than fat
Cardiovascular Endurance
Aerobic exercises for a prolonged period of time. Efficiency of circulatory and respiratory systems working for 90+ seconds
