vitamins help the body do simple tasks like converting food into energy, building and maintaining bones, teeth,muscle,skin, blood and hair.
Why do we need water?
keep a normal temperature, cushion joints, protect your spinal cord

Lower the risk of heart disease, stroke and bowel cancer
