Why is protein long lasting?
it is made up of amino acids and is formed by a complex structure molecule which causes the body to take longer to break it down.
What is an important role of fat in the body?
it acts as a source of energy and helps the body absorb vitamins
2 types of vitamins:
Water soluble and fat soluble. Water soluble vitamins travel through the bloodstream and are used when required, while the body excretes the rest of it. Fat soluble vitamins remain in the body for a longer duration or till the body requires them.

* Micro mineral

- Iron
