Minerals needed in large amounts (calcium, sodium, phosphorus, potassium)

Minerals needed in small amounts (iron, fluoride, iodine, zinc)
Fat-soluble vitamins
Vitamins that can be stored in the body (A, D, E, K)
Water-soluble vitamins
Vitamins that cannot be stored inside the body so need to be eaten every day (B group, C)
