- external irritants
- venous HTN
- infection
- atopy
- xerosis

Clinical findings:
A
- round or coin shaped pink plaques often on extremities
- VERY pruritic!
- can have acute eczematous, or chronic lichenified appearance

Histology:
A
- subacute-chronic spongiotic dermatitis

Treatment:
A
(pretty much the same for eczema)
- mid to high potency topical CS
- TCI’s
- phototherapy
- good skin care with emollients
