  • external irritants
  • venous HTN
  • infection
  • atopy
  • xerosis

Clinical findings:

A
  • round or coin shaped pink plaques often on extremities
  • VERY pruritic!
  • can have acute eczematous, or chronic lichenified appearance

  • subacute-chronic spongiotic dermatitis

Treatment:

A

(pretty much the same for eczema)

  • mid to high potency topical CS
  • TCI’s
  • phototherapy
  • good skin care with emollients
