Only relies on the policies and bases the decision on the written rules or manual

Also known as participative leadership since it encourages participation from the members and staff

Allows the staff and members to do their own, make their own solution and execute the tasks
Laissez Faire
The leader can influence the staff and members to work beyond what is expected
