death or imprisonment for life
Cat B felony
1 year to max 20 years
Cat C felony
1 year to max 5 max fine 10k
Cat D felony
1-4 years max fine 5k
Cat E felony
1-4 years max, fine 5k, PROBATION
Gross Misdemeanor consequence
Jail under 1 yr. Fine max 2k.
Misdemeanor consequence (not gross)
6 months max, fine 1k. community service instead??
You cause damage to public property
Scale of punishment depending on severity. Over 5k felony. Under misdemeanors.

b/w 15-364 days jail. fine not more than 2k

1-20 years jail in addition to time for crime alone. takes into consideration factors from history of person to nature of crime.
