A
  1. Do something, start slow and build up
  2. Be active on most (5) or all days
  3. Accumulate 150-300 minutes (2 1/2-5 hours) of moderate activity
    OR
  4. 75-150 minutes (1 1/4-2 1/2 hours) of vigorous activity each week
  5. Muscle strengthening activities on at least 2 days a week
