Dosing for Post-Cardiac Arrest Hypotension (fluid-resistant)

0.1 - 0.5 mcg/kg/min IV/IO bolus infusion, titrated to effect (usual dosing range: 7-35 mcg/min)

0.1 - 0.5 mcg/kg/min IV/IO infusion, titrated to effect (dosing up to 3 mcg/kg/min may be necessary to correct hypotension)
