A form of chronic idiopathic interstitial pneumonia associated with homogeneous appearance of dense interstitial fibrosis with mild to moderate chronic interstitial inflammation

(Mild) Supportive care
(Severe) Corticosteroids ± immunosuppressive (steroid-sparing e.g. MMF, azathioprine)
(Acute) high dose steroids (e.g. iv methylprednisolone)
(Refractory) Cyclophosphamide or rituximab
