Rotate to the stop and hold for one second

3 When EGT decreases:

Positive Rate: Gear UP
Limit Bank to 15°
400’ HDG SEL / LNAV
When aircraft is stable and safe above 400’:
Immediate action items, checklist, notify ATC
800’ VNAV engaged accelerate to clean Maneuvering speed
VNAV not engaged set Clean maneuvering speed
Retract the Flaps on schedule
At Clean Maneuvering Speed Set MAX continuous Thrust
