Why is biography different from autobiography, memoir, and personal narrative?
The person it is about is NOT the author.
Describes the subject’s experiences and observations about important people or events.

Autobiographical account written from the 1st person point of view.

Often includes the historical context of the subject (information about the society and culture of the time).
