A
Exaggeration of normal cyclical changes; with wear and tear ducts adjacent to nipple dilate and fill with breast secretions.

A
If qualified by age, mammogram.

A
Bloodstained single duct discharge.

A
Solitary intraductal benign polyp

Why should intraductal papilloma be managed?
A
Excision to ensure no atypic (can harbour areas of atypia/DCIS).
