Every NGB that Sport England funds must have a whole sports plan
This is a 4-year plan to make sure they are meeting Sport England’s targets such as:
1. increased participation of target groups
2. increase in club membership
3. greater use of facilities

A
Funding from the national lottery and government funding that is distributed through the DDCMS and through Sport England
