riff - real mccoy 5 yr, toasted coconut infused campari, chinola (passionfruit liqueur), strawberry hibiscus syrup, lime, top with topo chico. Served in wine glass with medium rocks and an orange swatch

a spritzy, herbaceous gin drink - gin, sfumato, simple, green strawberry pickling (just a touch of savory - the “shrub” aspect), muddled mint and basil, topped with wycliff sparkling. Collins glass, well ice.

a riff on a Naked and Famous (usually mezcal, aperol, yellow chartreuse, lime) - banhez, aperol, lime, genepy, watermelon and fresno juiced syrup. Rocks glass, medium rocks, watermelon/salt/sugar/citric acid rim

a tart, mango daiquiri riff - plantation 3 star rum, mango juice, tamarind syrup, lime. Julep cup, crushed ice, mint sprig. Essentially a daiquiri riff with the mango and tamarind syrup replacing the sugar, resulting in a tropically fruity, tart daiquiri variation

a floral margarita riff - lunazul, elderflower liqueur, kiwi simple syrup (a tribute to Stephen Adams), lime. Rocks glass, medium rocks, lime wheel. replaces triple sec with the elderflower and the sugar with kiwi simple. A light, floral take on a marg.

a Penicillin riff (scotch, ginger, honey, lemon) - lavender infused suntory toki, riverset rye, honey syrup, ginger syrup, lemon, saline. Rocks glass, large rock, candied ginger garnish. Toki a bit lighter, slightly smokier whisky - notes of vanilla, ginger, and white pepper. Results in a slightly more floral take on the Penicillin

an herbaceous white negroni - ford’s gin, luxardo bitter bianco, tarragon infused Lo-Fi Bianco vermouth (somewhere in between sweet and dry), orange bitters, citric acid. Garnished with tarragon oil. Up in a coupe glass.
