Malignant: carcinoma, lymphoma

Infective: HIV, Lyme, Leprosy, Diptheria
Inflammatory: GBS, Chronic inflammatory demyelination neuropathy, Sjögrens, vascularised, sarcoidosis
Metabolic: DM, uraemia, myxoedema, Amyloidosis
Nutritional: B1 (thiamine), B12, B3 (niacin)
Drugs: Isoniazid, Amiodarone, Phenytoin
Toxins: Alcohol, Lead
Malignant: paraneoplastic
