AR: IE, Rheumatic fever, Dissection, Dilation, Aortitis

SOB (NYHA >II), Pulse pressure >100MMHG, ECG changes (lateral T waves), LV enlargement, or reduced EF

Fairly common, especially in young tall women.
Associated with connective tissue diseases
Often asymptomatic
Mid systolic ejection click
