• Lesion in brain or spinal cord

Lower Motor Neurone:

• Reduced tone (flaccidity)
• Reduced power (weakness)
• Reduced or absent reflexes
• Wasting and atrophy
• Lesion of anterior horn cell body or below (peripheral nerve)
