A

1- IVVF crystalloid volume replacement
2- IV inotropic support : adrenaline infusion
3- Full spinal precautions
4- respiratory support
5- Specialist referral to orthopaedic/spinal team
6-supportive : normothermia ,normoglycemia ,feeding
