loss of sympathetic tone secondary to spinal cord damage leading to : hypotension, bradycardia , warm peripheries ,poikilothermia

1- IVVF crystalloid volume replacement
2- IV inotropic support : adrenaline infusion
3- Full spinal precautions
4- respiratory support
5- Specialist referral to orthopaedic/spinal team
6-supportive : normothermia ,normoglycemia ,feeding

A
transient loss of spinal cord reflexes at and below the level of injury leading to flaccid paralysis and areflexia .
