MVA high speed patient has been retrieved from a rural ED to a tertiary ED , CXR shows : clavicular fracture, multiple right rib fractures , right tension ptx , and left PTX , question ;
state 3 measures you would institute to improve the patient’s oxygenation ?

1- decompresse of the chest bilaterally
2-intubation ( once hemodynamically stable ) with high FIO2
3-sedation and paralysis
