A

demyelination (MS, SLE, adrenoleukodystrophy, sarcoidosis, tumor, behcet, whipple, crohn)
Sx: painful visual loss, loss of color discrimination, central scotoma classic

Sx: sudden painless visual loss, over age 50, HTN, DM, hypotensive episodes
