- Hypotonia/atonia of innervated mm
* *decreased to absent reflexes

- Sensory ataxia
- Postural reaction deficits to all four limbs
- UMN signs to all four limbs

- neuro exam typically normal
- mm atrophy +/-
- CK level may be elevated

- reflexes typically normal initially; may decrement/fatigue with repeated testing
- typically no mm atrophy
