motor nerve of diaphragm related with brachial plexus
right and left phrenic

motor to teres major, teres minor, deltoideus and caudal subscapularis mm
sensory to craniolateral shoulder and cranial antebrachium
radial n (proximal portion)
motor to triceps brachii (cannot bear weight w/o), tensor fasciae antebrachii and anconeus mm
radial n (distal portion)
deep branch innervate extensors and supinator of antebrachium (motor)
superficial branch sensory to cranial and lateral antebrachium and medial and dorsal manus
median n
motor to pronator teres and quadratus, flexor carpi radialis, SDF, DDF
sensory to palmar aspect of manus
ulnar n
motor to flexor carpi ulnaris, DDF, interossei mm
sensory to caudal antebracium and palmar manus (5th digit and caudal side)
