Q

Median n.

A

C6-T1
Motor: anterior forearm except flexor carpi ulnaris and the ulnar 2 digits of flexor digitorum profundus
Sensory: anterior forearm and palmar first 3.5 digits and dorsal first 3 finger tips
Path: goes through protantor teres and branches into anterior interosseous (deep anterior forearm), through the carpal tunnel then branches into recurrent median (opponens pollicis, abductor pollicis brevis, and flexor pollicis brevis (thenar eminence)), and a cutaneous median (sensory). The median nerve terminates by innervating the 2 most radial lumbricals.

Q

Radial n.

A

C5-C8
Sensory: Radial dorsum of the hand
Motor: posterior arm and forearm
Path: runs in radial groove of humerus then passes over the lateral epicondyle and goes to posterior arm it branches into the deep radial n. which innervates the supinator, which in turn branches into the posterior interosseous (posterior forearm). The original nerve then gets brachioradialis and extensor carpi radialis longus as it ends near the anatomical snuffbox

Q

Ulnar

A

C8-T1
Motor: Hand with exceptions and 1.5 anterior forearm
Sensor: ulnar palm
Path: branches into deep ulnar which does intrinsic hand muscles except 2LOAF and the original ulnar n. gets flexor carpi ulnaris and the ulnar 2 digits of flexor carpi digitorum
